The beginning of Vanya's story, number 7
In the series it is shown that 43 children are born out of nothing, of women who were not even pregnant, 7 of them are adopted by Sir Reginald Hargreeves and become part of the school called The Umbrella Academy .
Under the tutelage of Sir Reginald The 7 children are educated and become superheroes, with the exception of Vanya Hargreeves, number 7 , also known as The White Violin. She is separated from the group of children because she apparently has no power, however, as the episodes go on, Vanya appears to be the most powerful of all the brothers.
How did the powers of number 7 wake up?
Sir Reginald suppressed Vanya's powers with medicine his whole life, which made her feel out of place among her foster brothers. During the course of the series Vanya befriends Leonard Peabody who is actually Harold Jenkins , he at first shows interest in Vanya and they end up relating, Harold takes Vanya's pills without her noticing, and gradually her powers start to wake up.
What are the powers of Vanya, number 7?
Vanya is shocked to discover that her powers are greater than her brothers, which opens the apocalypse. Her superhero name The White Violin is given due to her musical ability.
The number 7 is able to create super destructive force waves, it can repel people and objects, it can destroy entire buildings with the force generated, Vanya can also levitate people and bend objects with such force that also can be considered telekinetic, sound helps her channel and accumulate that power, Vanya also feels that she is possessed by the power itself, which made Sir Reginald try to suppress it so as not to lose control. Vanya also begins the apocalypse after she seeks revenge on those who have hidden the truth about her powers.
